Comfortably settled in the heart of the Milieu forest, let yourself be carried away on a journey through freshwater, shaped over time by humans and their customs. The immersive exhibition takes you through various eras in the geological evolution of landscapes and the cycles of water, shaped by glaciers, technical revolutions, and life itself.

It is in this ever-changing environment that salmonids — trout, salmon, and char — have evolved through natural selection. Thanks to virtual reality, interactive surfaces, and immersive projections, discover their life cycles and even try to catch a trout… without getting your feet wet!

Guided tours and educational workshops

CISEA welcomes school groups, day camps, and organized groups for guided tours and educational workshops focused on the river and the aquatic world. Accompanied by our team of naturalists, young people will have the opportunity to discover local species through various interactive activities, combining observation and discovery. From virtual reality to scientific interpretation, our mission is to spark curiosity and encourage the sustainable preservation of the environment.

Outdoor activities

Guided pontoon tour on the lake

Hop aboard our secure pontoon and let yourself be guided on Lac des Aigles to discover the lake, its wildlife, and its role in the local ecosystem. With our naturalist guides, you’ll learn about the fish and plant species that inhabit the lake, while enjoying a peaceful experience on the water.

Birds, amphibians, insects, mammals, fish, and small aquatic creatures will reveal their secrets during an interactive excursion centered on observation and environmental awareness.

Nature trail along the river

Just steps from the municipal beach, a short nature trail leads you along the Petite Rivière des Aigles to fully enjoy a peaceful moment in the forest. A few information panels help you better understand the river’s role and how it has shaped the landscape. Symbolic for its calm and beauty, this small river is perfect for relaxing, taking in the scenery, and enjoying a moment of tranquility… without leaving the village.

All summer long, our team offers themed interpretation activities and various animations highlighting the region’s wildlife, historical events, and the many ways to discover the territory.
